FBM has a new face managing the people and marketing operations of the group. Luís Silva is working in the casino industry for more than five years and brings a multicultural professional background. He is joining the brand to lead the marketing strategy and establish global procedures in terms of people management for the FBM group.
The FBM is celebrating its 20 champion years in 2021 and preparing the next steps to affirm its position as a global gaming brand. Focused on achieving new ambitious goals, the group is redefining its marketing strategy and developing new processes in terms of recruitment and people management, and that´s the context that led to Luís Silva´s hiring.
Vitor Francisco, Director at FBM, expresses the relevance of this move. “During these 20 years, FBM built a successful path and we intend to carry on this legacy with new chapters made of joy and great achievements. We believe that the improvement of our marketing and people management processes is a relevant step to take FBM to a superior level and facilitate the development and growth of the group. After a careful reflection, we are confident that Luís Silva is the right person to lead this campaign”, confirmed the FBM representative.
Luís Silva becomes the Head of People & Brand of FBM after several years of working in the casino industry. The new responsible for the people and brand operations completed his education in the Communication and Marketing field and collected different professional experiences in challenging environments as Colombia, India, Italy, and Portugal. During his professional journey, Luís has been learning and completing courses in different areas as the MBA in Catolica Porto Business School or the executive education program of Leadership at Work at the ESMT Berlin, for example.
In the roadmap of the new FBM Head of People & Brand is the establishment of global procedures that facilitate processes like recruitment or performance evaluation in the group. In terms of marketing, Luís Silva will lead the team, defining the marketing strategies for both landbased and online universes by managing the FBM and FBMDS brands.
